WHAT IS EDUMARKETING MEDIA?
The mortgage edition of Edumarketing Media is written by mortgage industry experts who have written and developed numerous training and education programs through the years.
We will give you the content you need to record your own YouTube and social media educational videos, as well as conduct realtor and consumer training workshops and post content onto your blog.
Each month will be a new content. We will include one refinance, one purchase, one product and one process video script and video each month. We will cover information for First Time Home Buyers, Veterans, FHA, Low Down Payment Options, Investment Properties and more.
Access to monthly content in our Edumarketing Media is like subscribing to a monthly shaving, tie or make-up club, but we give you monthly content that will help you stand out in your market and increase your business.
Each month we will give you four scripts that cover mortgage programs, processes and education for mortgage consumers and business partners. Simply personalize your scripts, upload them into your teleprompter app on your phone and start recording! Once you are done, you can post on social media, upload to YouTube or place into your CRM. It’s the content you’ve been wanting but haven’t had time to produce.

SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOS
Each month we will give you four snackable produced videos that supplement the video scripts and give you additional videos you can brand and use on social media. If you want to personalize the videos, you can do an intro and outro video and post them onto social media.
Each month we give you an entire training package that includes all the tools you’ll need to hold Realtor® and consumer workshops. The package will include everything you need to invite, train and follow up with your audiences.
Power point slide deck for you to use with Realtors®, builders and consumers. Each month we will give you two presentations: one for Realtors and one for Consumers. The topic will be the same, but we focus each presentation on that audience. Each month we will focus on a different topic. All you have to do is add your logo and information.
We lay out the details on how to present the training information we’ve created for you. We provide slide by slide instructions that are designed to make you look like a professional speaker. Plus, we have courses and resources in our Edumarketing Community that will show you how to create invitations on EventBrite, as well as checklists to keep you organized.
Each month we will create for you a corresponding hand out that compliments the power point presentation. It’s a simple one to two-page handout that you can print and handout during your training session or use it as a follow up that you can drop off or email later. Look like a pro with a handout and not just a pdf of your slide deck.
Part of the training package will include an email invitation script. We make it easy for you to invite Realtors® and consumers to your training event. All you have to do is add your location information, your email and phone number and your branding for you to personalize to invite realtors, builder, financial planners and consumers to your workshop.
To round out your monthly Edumarketing Toolbox membership, we will write one blog article for you each month. The article will be themed with the rest of the content we developed for the month, so you will have an entire Edumarketing plan with video, training and writing. If you don’t have a blog, send it out to your email distribution list.
